Eloisa, congratulatios, I hope you like it and find it useful. I will contact you by email 😊 . Thank you to everybody else for participating, you are the soul of this blog.
As I say in the title of this post, I am bringing more about the garden. I have to say that I am very inspired at the moment, every day I do a little bit and I am very close to finish it. I told to you in the previous entry about what I need to make. Well, I was able to make the flowers I wanted: poppies, daffodils and daisies.
They might not be perfect but I think they are very cute and I had fun making them.
I made the wall and driveway look old and dirtier and added some moss. Let me show you:
I also said that I wanted to have a fountain for the birds. I was about to buy one, but then I wanted to experiment doing it myself, using different objects and embellish it with beads to add texture. So it was like this:
I made it look old and dirty. And after placing the flowers here and there, here you have:
Así va quedando/ This is how is looking at the moment:
Do you like it? I think I will finish the garden (and the house) soon and at the risk of making you tired of it, I will show you the finished garden and all its little corners soon. I hope.
Un abrazo y gracias por sus comentarios. Nos vemos pronto.
Big hugs and thank you all for your lovely comments. See you soon.
Alex.
Hola Alexandra,
ResponderEliminarFelicidades a Eloisa. Amo tus flores
Gran abrazo
Giac
congratulations to Eloisa!
ResponderEliminarWell pretty fountain that finds a harmonious location in the flower garden!
The tiny flowers are so adorable and lovely! I like the haphazard placement in the garden, as it adds to the delightfully whimsical feel you've created! The moss and aging really add depth and realism, and the way in which you've imagined and created the bird baths is wonderful! You must feel a great sense of accomplishment nearing the completion of Rebecca's Place! I wonder what you've imagined for your next project!
ResponderEliminarLovely! Your flowers look great placed around the garden as if they grew up where the wind blew the seeds. It looks like an old garden.
ResponderEliminarYou have certainly captured the essence of a garden directed by nature! I have renegade flowers springing up from the lawn too, so yours mini blooms look Very Realistic! :D
ResponderEliminarYour garden looks wonderful and natural. I love the fountain and the flower/

Hi Alexandra! I Love your fountain for the birds! It is even better because you made it from materials you had to hand! It looks wonderful in the garden! The aged walls do look more "blended" with the ground.... and the moss in the stones is looking lovely too! The best is all the blossoms you have made! Altogether it is looking like a garden I would be happy to visit and maybe sit a while!!! :)
ResponderEliminarFirst of all - congrats to Eloisa and a big "gracias" to you for hosting another generous giveaway. And now a word about your flowers - you wanted to create poppies, daisies and daffodils... and you created poppies, daisies and daffodils. Even without your comments I would have been able to identify what type of flowers they are... that's why I would say they're wonderful and perfect. And I must agree with Betsy, the fact that you've made it by yourself makes your terrific birdbath even more special (although I'm afraid you will have to add a few self made birds... not only for the fountain, but no garden would ever be complete without the songs of birds). You've made a wonderful job with "dirtying" the wall and the path, this adds so much to the realism. And don't you ever expect me to get bored or tired when you're showing me details of a beautiful project like this. ;O)

Qué preciosidad, Alex! Cada día lo haces mejor, felicidades! :)
