Hola!

En esta época del año siempre estoy muy ocupada y activa con las minis, sin embargo, este año aunque sigo activa me siento menos productiva. Seguramente es porque, si Dios quiere y el Covid lo permite este año pasaré el fin de año con mi familia en Colombia y estoy un poco nerviosa, o estresada, o a la expectativa, no lo sé, pero mi capacidad de concentración se ha visto afectada, jaja.

En todo caso he estado haciendo las cosas que no se ven,  he pintado todas las maderitas que llevarán las habitaciones a manera de molduras en suelos y techos, algunas puertas también pero todavía están sin instalar. 

At this time of year I am always very busy and active with miniatures, however this year although I am still active I feel less productive. Surely it is because, God willing and Covid allows it, this year I will spend the end of the year with my family in Colombia so I am a little nervous, or stressed, or in expectation, I do not know, but my ability to concentrate has been affected , lol.

In any case, I have been doing the things that cannot be seen, I have painted all the wood that will go in the rooms as mouldings on floors and ceilings, some doors as well but they are still not installed.

Como la vez pasada os mostré los premios que aporté yo al juego de aniversario, hoy os muestro los que gané, que fueron varios, no me puedo quejar de mi suerte. Gané los dos premios de Carolina.

No es una maravilla? Y no contenta Rosa, como si fuera poco, me envía unos extras que son todos dignos de atesorar, una planta hermosísima, una orquídea, uno de sus caballitos balancines tan preciosamente decorados y unas esponjitas. Yo enamorada de sus minis y felizzz 😍. Mil gracias Rosa.

Además Rosa me dice en el último post de este blog, de una manera muy graciosa, que todo muy lindo pero que no vaya a usar esa bañera que no pega, jajaja. Por supuesto que no!! Y le digo que no se preocupe que esa no va, es solo para poder visualizar el espacio, pero que sus plantas sí van, que quedan perfectas y entonces me dice que me va a mandar una palmerita para mi casita porque además de artistaza Rosa es muy generosa. Vean las bellezas que me mandó y que ya llegaron:

Also Rosa told me in the last post of this blog, in a very funny way, that everything is very nice but not to use that bathtub as it does not fit, lol. Of course not!! I told her not to worry as that´s not the one, it was there only to help me visualising the space, but that her plants do go because they are perfect. Then she tells me that she is going to send me a palm tree for my house because besides being an artist Rosa is very generous. See the beauties that she sent me and that have already arrived:

Como ando con el trabajo que no se ve, para distraerme de la monotonía de este tipo de trabajos, me puse a hacer las alfombras para esta casa, y esto hay:

¿Os gustan? Y como tengo unos cojines de pinturas famosas que imprimí en tela cuando envíe algunos a Carmen, pensé que era hora de armarlos, lo cual había ido dejando a un lado porque la aguja y yo no somos amigas, con decirles que soy incapaz de coger el bajo de un pantalón ya os digo todo. 

Pues me armé de valor, primero puse fijador sobre las impresiones o de lo contrario se pierde bastante tinta, luego cogí aguja y cosí 3 lados, rellené con arena decorativa y el lado sobrante lo pegué con pegamento para tela. No quedaron perfectos, pero a mí me gustan mucho, a ver que opináis.

Well, I built up my courage, first I put fixative on the prints or else a lot of ink is lost, then I took a needle and sewed 3 sides, filled with decorative sand and the excess side I glued with fabric glue. They were not perfect, but I like them a lot, let's see what you think.

Y por último, deciros que aunque poco productiva y bastante distraída con mi próximo viaje, no se me olvida que en esta fecha, 29 de noviembre, título de este post, día de mi cumpleaños, es tradición hacer un sorteo. No, no se me olvida, aunque lo que traigo hoy es pequeñín.

Avances en la Casa Boho No. 2/ Advances in Boho House No. 2

 

Hola!!!

Estamos a mitad de noviembre y solo he hecho dos nuevas entradas después de verano, perdonadme, últimamente estoy muy alejada de los blogs, debo confesar que he sucumbido a la inmediatez y mayor interacción que hay en Facebook e Instagram, y sin embargo nada suple la posibilidad de los blogs de mayor detalle e información, así que aquí estoy nuevamente con los avances de mi casa boho No. 2.

Primero quiero mostraros en que he estado ocupando mi mini tiempo. En Octubre tuvimos el 1er aniversario de nuestro grupo en FB "Nuestras Miniaturas". Para celebrarlo realizamos un juego donde cada día diferentes miembros del grupo compartían una actividad. Estuvo muy divertido, hubo muchos sorteos e imprimibles y por supuesto yo participé varias veces.

We are in the middle of November and I have only made two new entries after summer, forgive me, lately I am not very much into blogs, I must confess that I have succumbed to the immediacy and greater interaction that there is on Facebook and Instagram, and yet nothing replaces the possibility of blogging for better and greater detail and information, so here I am again with the advances of my boho house No. 2.

First I want to show you how I have been spending my mini time. In October we had the 1st anniversary of our group on FB "Our Miniatures", to celebrate it we made a game where every day different members of the group shared one activity. It was a lot of fun, there were many giveaways and printables and of course I participated several times.

Otra aportación fue un tutorial para hacer la mini que muestro hoy en portada, un porta macetas múltiple, y también sorteé el resultado, siendo ganadora Toñi.

Another contribution was a tutorial to make the mini of today´s cover, a multiple pot holder,, and I also gave the result away, Toñi was the winner.

También participé dos días más con imprimibles y mi última aportación fue este sorteo, que ganó Fátima.

I also participated two more days with printables and my last contribution was this giveaway, which Fatima won.

Yo también fui afortunada, bastante, y gané varios sorteos jaja, pero eso os mostraré en otro post porque aun no he tomado fotos.

I was also lucky, quite a bit, and won several prices, lol, but that I will show you in another post as I have not taken photos yet.

Bueno, a lo que vine. Una vez armada la casa pensé que mejor sería dedicarme a empapelarla toda. Normalmente voy habitación por habitación, pero al estar esta casa desarmada y solo ir armando por partes creo que se facilita más la labor de empapelar desde un principio. El único inconveniente es que me obliga a decidir de una vez los papeles y suelos de todas las habitaciones, creedme esto para mí no es fácil!! En fin que he estado horas y horas buscando, imprimiendo, probando, comprando también. Al final casi lo tengo, os muestro:

Normally I go room by room, but since this house was disassembled and I only put it together in parts, I think putting the wallpapers is easier at the beginning. The only drawback is that it forces me to decide at once the papers and floors of all the rooms, believe me this is not easy for me !! In short, I have spent hours and hours searching, printing, testing, buying too. In the end I almost have it, let me show you:

En la primera planta, estudio o estar y dormitorio no me costó mucho decidirme. El dormitorio va con papel de grandes flores en el fondo y paredes laterales en rosa con líneas doradas, es papel de regalo y en cuanto lo vi supe que tenía que usarlo. El estudio va con pared blanca a la izquierda, mapamundi de fondo y mismo papel rosa en la pared derecha.

On the first floor, on the study and bedroom, I didn't take long to decide. The bedroom goes with a wallpaper with large flowers in the background and side walls in pink with gold lines, it is wrapping paper and as soon as I saw it I knew I had to use it. The study has a white wall on the left, a world map in the background and same pink paper on the right wall.

Aunque no lo parezca ya tiene suelo, mas bien moqueta, sin embargo aunque aisladamente es un material muy bonito, al ponerlo no hace diferencia con la madera de la casa, parece sin hacer y en consecuencia no me gusta, tengo que buscar otras alternativas.

Although it may not seem like it, it already has a floor, rather a carpet. In isolation it is a very beautiful material, but when on it does not make any difference with the bare wood of the house, it looks unfinished and consequently I do not like it, I have to look for other alternatives.

Para los laterales quería una pared blanca con grandes relieves, Carmen me dio la idea del material porque en papel no encontré nada. Al final conseguí este material tipo "cuero" en Ali Express, es exactamente lo que quería, la única pega es que no es fácil de pegar. Todavía estoy buscando el pegamento ideal. Pero me encanta!!

For the sides I wanted a white wall with embossed large patterns, Carmen gave me the idea of ​​the material as I couldn't find anything on paper. In the end I got this "leather" type material from Ali Express, it is exactly what I wanted, the only downside is that it is not easy to glue. I am still looking for the ideal glue. But I love it!!

Creí que ya tenía la planta baja cuando buscando imágenes para otra estancia, me topé con la que creo será definitivamente la opción final del salón.

I thought I already had the ground floor when looking for images for another room, I came across what I think will definitely be the final option in the living room.

Ohhh, me encanta!! Esta imagen me ha hecho replantearme el salón porque tenía planeado un mueble grande en la pared de fondo, pero ni modo, no puedo taparlo, es muy bonito!!.

Lo que ven arriba es como, hasta ahora, pienso será el salón. Ahora viene pintar, tapizar y darle forma a la idea general. Ya sabéis cómo es.

Ohhh, I love it !! This image has made me rethink the living room because I had planned a large piece of furniture on the back wall, but no way, I can't cover it, it's very beautiful !!

What you see above is how, so far, I think the living room will be. Now comes painting, upholstering and shaping the general idea. You know how it is.

La última planta todavía no la tengo totalmente definida en cuanto a papeles, pero el baño sí. Desde un principio tenía una idea fija de hacerlo con alicatado en verde o rosa, muy vintage,  y en últimas decidí ser aun más atrevida, combinarlos ambos y llegué a esto, mirad:

The top floor is still not fully defined in terms of papers, but the bathroom is. From the beginning I had a fixed idea to do it with green or pink tiling, very vintage.. Ultimately I decided to be even more daring combining them both and I came to this, look:

Seguramente os preguntareis si me he vuelto loca, quizás sí, pero me encantó y una vez puestos en su lugar no se imaginan lo maravilloso que queda, ¿queréis ver?

Bueno, hasta aquí he llegado. No os aterréis con los muebles y los mil defectos de las cosas, la mayoría aun están superpuestas sin pegar ni terminar, pero vamos, son avances!! ¿Os gusta? ¿Os parece demasiado? Yo estoy encantada.
