Obsesión con zapatos/ Shoe obssesion

 

Hola!!!

El verano sigue y yo sigo con mucho trabajo, mucho calor y sin ir a la playa, ahora nos ha llegado una invasión de medusas y cuál es la gracia de ir a la playa si no te puedes dar un baño? Yo por supuesto me agarro de la mínima excusa y sigo sin ir, en fin...

Hoy quiero dejar constancia de unos regalos muy generosos que recibí recientemente.

Summer continues and I still have a lot of work, it´s very hot and haven´t gone to the beach. Now an invasion of jellyfish has arrived and what is the point of going to the beach if you can't take a swim? Of course I grab the slightest excuse and I still haven´t gone, anyway ...

Today I want to record some very generous gifts that I recently received.

No se imaginan lo bonito que es el barreño con Hortensias! Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Carmen me lo ha enviado junto con las ultimas novedades de su editorial solo porque sí, porque hizo un barreño como premio para el juego de verano y siendo como es no pudo parar ahí y decidió regalarnos a algunas este tesoro. Gracias Carmen!

You cannot imagine how beautiful the barrel with hydrangeas is! The photos don't do it justice. Carmen has sent it to me along with the latest from her editorial line just because. She made a barrel as a prize for the summer game and being how she is, she couldn't stop there and she decided to give some of us this treasure as a gift. Thank you Carmen!

También quiero dejaros unas minucias que he hecho en pequeños momentos. Resulta que vi unas imágenes en Instagram de una chica que hace unos zapatos muy coloridos que son fantásticos, y me llego la idea de que si compraba esos tacones negros de producción masiva que venden en las tiendas de miniaturas y experimentaba con esmalte de uñas y colores podía ser divertido. 

I also want to leave you a few little things that I have been doing during small breaks. I saw some pictures on Instagram from a girl who makes really colourful shoes that are fantastic, and I got the idea that if I bought those mass-produced black heels that are sold in miniature stores and experimented with nail polish and colours it could be fun.

Y así fue! fue muy divertido, ahora quiero comprar más zapatos, más esmaltes de uñas y seguir experimentando! Lo gracioso es que en mi vida real soy alérgica a los zapatos con tacones, no los resisto! 

Lo único a tener en cuenta es que el esmalte esté en buenas condiciones y pintar en etapas, primero la suela, luego el interior y finalmente el exterior, dejando secar bien cada capa.

Ahora os muestro mi sesión de fotos, que deja mucho que desear, tengo que buscar un fondo más glamuroso ya lo sé, pero el calor no me deja pensar ja! Aunque no me diréis que las plantas que acompañan de atrezo, las hortensias de Carmen y la costilla de Adán de Rosa no son unas maravillas?

And it was! It was a lot of fun, now I want to buy more shoes, more nail polish and keep experimenting! The funny thing is that in my real life I am allergic to shoes with heels, I can't resist them!

The only thing to keep in mind is that the enamel is in good condition and to paint in stages, first the sole, then the interior and finally the exterior, allowing each layer to dry well.

Now let me show you my photo shoot session, which leaves much to be desired, I have to look for a more glamorous background, I know, but the heat does not let me think lol! But, don´t you think that Carmen's hydrangeas and Rosa's cheese plant are marvellous?

Estos tendré que rehacerlos porque el esmalte no estaba en buenas condiciones y se nota. Pero ¿Quién no quiere un elegante par de zapatos nude?

These I will have to redo because the enamel was not in good condition and it shows. But, who doesn't want an elegant pair of nude shoes?

Aquí, en lugar de honor al frente y centro, no me pude resistir sacarlas, están las sandalias de Patrizia Santi, a la izquierda marrones de Gucci, y las de Eloísa, las beige de la derecha, sobre la caja transparente, son maravillosas ambas!

Here, in a place of honor, center front, I couldn´t resist taking them out, they are Patrizia Santi's sandals, on the left, brown ones by Gucci, and Eloisa´s, the beige ones on the right, on the transparent box, they are both wonderful !

Verano/ Summer

 

Hola!!

Sí, verano, un verano que no quiero que se acabe porque lo único que he hecho es trabajar y poco más, así que espero que antes de que se vaya pueda finalmente disfrutarlo un poco.

La foto que veis arriba es parte del juego que os expliqué en el post anterior, y es otra de las composiciones que armé para motivar la participación. Un día de playa con mucho relax y lectura, ahhh tengo el mar tan cerca y aparte de las cortas vacaciones de junio, creo que he ido solo dos veces, que si hay mucho viento, que si mucho calor, mucha gente, en fin, a ver si me sacudo las excusas y finalmente me animo a disfrutar lo que queda.

Yes, summer, a summer that I don't want it to end because all I have done is work and little else, so I hope that before it´s over I can finally enjoy it a bit.

The photo you see above is part of the game that I explained to you in the previous post, and it is another of the compositions that I put together to motivate participation. A day at the beach with a lot of relaxation and reading, ahhh I have the sea so close and apart from the short holiday in June, I think I have only gone twice.. it´s windy, it´s too hot, too crowed, well, I need to shake off the excuses and finally encourage myself to enjoy what´s left.
