De nuevo por aquí. He estado muy juiciosa trabajando en las diferentes estancias de mi casa bohemia 2.0.

El siguiente paso después de terminar suelos y paredes era tunear los muebles; algunos los pinté, otros tuve que tapizarlos o ambas cosas. Os mostraré ahora estancia por estancia.

Here again. I have been very productive working on the different rooms of my bohemian house 2.0.

The next step after finishing the floors and walls was to customise the furniture; some I painted, others I had to upholster or both. I will now show you room by room:

El salón/ The living room:

Los dos sillones del salón fueron un dolor de cabeza. Primero los tapicé con una tela de seda verde, preciosa, pero el pegamento lo arruinó todo y se traspasaba a la superficie quedando bastante feo. Decidí cambiar por una tela diferente y utilicé esta rosa que ven aquí con textura de terciopelo, también preciosa. Sin embargo, aunque mejor que el primer intento, los resultados son bastante regulares, el pegamento sigue traspasándose y no puedo ocultarlo. He tapizado antes muebles y nunca me había pasado esto, sin ser perfectos me quedaban bastante decentes. En fín, es lo que hay, hasta que no encuentre un mejor pegamento, una tela mejor o hasta que recupere las ganas de vivir que perdí luego de los dos intentos jaja, los dejaré así.

The two armchairs in the living room gave me a headache. First I upholstered them with a beautiful green silk fabric, but the glue ruined everything and bled through to the surface making it quite ugly. I decided to change for a different fabric so I used this one in pink with a velvet texture, also beautiful. However, although better than the first try, the results are not so good, the glue still bleeds through and I can't hide it. I have upholstered furniture before and this had never happened to me, they weren´t perfect but they were quite decent. Anyway, it is what it is, until I find a better glue, a better fabric or until I recover the will to live that I lost after the two attempts, lol, I'll leave them like that.

Para la mesa divisoria de la derecha usé un acabado envejecido en varios colores que me gusta mucho.

También utilicé un pequeño elefante de madera para hacer este portamacetas, añadiendo una tapa plástica pintada en dorado.

For the table on the right I used a multi color distressed finish which I really like.

I also used a small wooden elephant to make this pot holder, adding a gold painted plastic lid.

Los cojines son un regalo de Feli, a los cuales pegué unos apliques de crochet.

The cushions are a gift from Feli, to which I glued some crochet decoration.

También pinte el juego de comedor, las sillas en verde y blanco hueso y para la mesa utilicé la misma técnica que con la mesa divisoria.

I also painted the dining room set, the chairs in green and off white and for the table I used the same technique as with the side table.

1ª Planta, Dormitorio y estudio/ 1st Foor, bedroom and study:

Esta estancia quiero que permanezca amplia y no muy recargada, es el área de trabajo de nuestra chica habitante. Pinté la mesa de trabajo de la derecha en blanco a juego con el escritorio. Hice los dos bancos con mesitas de las pizzas que pinté y les añadí un cojín, a lo mejor debo añadirles un respaldo, debo fijarme en cómo lo hizo Carmen. Los últimos toques han sido una sencilla lámpara dorada usando velas de pilas y una alfombra "vacuna" que imprimí en tela.

I want this room to remain spacious and not too cluttered, it is the work area of ​​our inhabitant girl. I painted the work table on the right in white to match the desk. I made the two stools with "pizza tables", painting them and adding a cushion, I may add a backrest, so I should look at how Carmen did it. The finishing touches have been a simple gold lamp using battery tea lights and a "cow" rug that I printed on fabric.

Para la habitación pinté los muebles en un color beige-rosa. Tapicé el pequeño sofá y el reposa-piés que también sirve de banco de tocador y vestí la cama con encajes y telas varias, conservando la combinación de colores. Ha quedado un dormitorio muy romántico y femenino. Me preguntó si mi chica estará casada porque no está quedando una casa muy apta para los chicos jaja.

For the bedroom I painted the furniture in a beige-pink color. I upholstered the small sofa and the footrest that also serves as a vanity bench, I dressed the bed with lace and various fabrics, keeping the color scheme. It has become a very romantic and feminine bedroom. I wonder if the girl living here is married as the house isn't a very boy-friendly house, lol.

El espejo es un cuadro al que monté la lámina espejo y las lámparas las hice yo con accesorios varios, la del techo es una vela de pilas decorada.

The mirror is a painting frame to which I glued a mirror sheet and the lamps I made with various accessories, the one on the ceiling is a decorated battery tea light.

La 2ª Planta, pasillo, baño y vestidor/ The 2nd Floor, hallway, bathroom and dressing room:

Otra lámpara hecha con una vela y decorada con abalorios varios, la alfombra de cebra la imprimí a partir de una imagen de la Web, el sillón es el archiconocido de rayas azules que tapicé, el espejo al fondo lo pinté y el famoso tocador del palacio a la izquierda decorado por Paloma (Axión) fruto de un juego del foro y que queda perfecto en esta estancia.

Los vestido colgados son impresiones en tela que luego armé con pegamento y si bien no son perfectos, ni se puede vestir con ellos a una muñeca, sí dan el pego y el volumen de una prenda de vestir, pues tienen parte trasera y delantera como la ropa de verdad y no son planos.

Another lamp made with a tea light and decorated with various beads. The zebra rug I printed from an image on the Web, the armchair is the well-known one with blue stripes that I upholstered, the mirror in the background I painted and the famous palace´s dressing table on the left, decorated by Paloma (Axión), and the result of a game on the forum which fits perfectly in this room.

The pieces of hanging clothes are prints on fabric that I later assembled with glue and although they are not perfect, nor can a doll be dressed with them, they do give the feeling and volume of clothing, since they have a back and front as real ones and are not flat.

Otra lámpara con la misma técnica de las anteriores, la bañera era blanca y pinté el exterior en rosa y las patas en dorado. El espejo es un marco que hice utilizando un molde de silicona y escayola, y luego pinté en dorado.

Another lamp with the same technique as the previous ones, the bathtub was white and I painted the outside in pink and the legs in gold. The mirror is a frame that I made using a silicone mold and plaster, and then painted gold.

Aquí solo coloqué una pequeña alfombra y puse una sencilla lámpara de las de vela, ya saben. En estas fotos la lámpara se ve grande para la estancia, la mirare bien porque a vista de ojo no me pareció así.

Here I only placed a small rug and installed a simple tea light lamp, you know. In these photos the lamp looks too big for the room, I will take a good look at it as at first glance it did not seem that way to me.

Toda la casa/ The whole house:

Una vez terminada la primera parte de tuneo y tapizado, pensé que la cocina necesitaba unas baldas y esto es lo último que he hecho. Os muestro.

Once the first part of customising and upholstery was finished, I thought that the kitchen needed some shelves and this is the last thing I have done. Here it is:

Ahora estoy colocando accesorios y aunque parezca que estoy a punto de terminar, en algunas estancias tendré que ponerme a hacer algunos accesorios que no tengo aun y considero necesarios.

Now I am placing accessories and although it seems that I am about to finish, in some rooms I will have to start making some accessories that I do not have yet and I consider necessary.

De cuartos de baño/ About bathrooms

 Hola!

Sigo haciendo pequeños avances en mi casa, tapizando sillas y sofás y pintando muebles, pero todavía no hay mucho que mostrar. Por esto, sigo con la recopilación de las distintas habitaciones de mis casas la cual empecé en las cocinas. Hoy os traigo los cuartos de baño.

Sin más preámbulos, aquí están en orden de realización:

I'm making small progress in my house, upholstering chairs and sofas and painting furniture, but there's not much to show yet. That is why I continue with the compilation of the different rooms of my houses that I started with the kitchens. Today I´m showing the bathrooms.

Without further ado, here they are in order:

Casa Andaluza/ Andalucian house:

Casita inglesa shabby/ Shabby Chic English cottage :

Este es uno de mis baños preferidos, me encantó poner la bañera en alto. Quizás deba hacer fotos nuevas, estas no le hacen mucha justicia.

This is one of my favourite bathrooms, I loved putting the bathtub on a higher level. Maybe I should take new photos, these don't do it much justice.

Casa de playa/ Beach house: 

Esta idea me encantó ejecutarla. Debido al tamaño tan pequeño de la casa y al ser una casa de playa, se me ocurrió hacer servicios y duchas separados en el exterior, jaja. Me encantó!

I loved executing this idea. Due to the small size of the house and being a beach house, I had the idea to make a separate toilet and shower outside, lol. I loved it!

Casa Bohemia/ Bohemian house:

Otra buena idea, aunque lo diga yo misma, me siento muy orgullosa de la claraboya en el techo.

Another good idea, although I do say so myself, I am very proud of the skylight in the ceiling.

Casa de Rebeca/ Rebecca´s house: 

Un pequeño baño anticuado en la buhardilla. A small old-fashioned bathroom in the attic.

Casa moderna/ Modern house:

La idea del cuadro la copié para mi casa 1:1. En nuestro cuarto de baño he colgado una pintura de mi marido. En esta ocasión las miniaturas inspiraron la realidad y no al revés.

I copied the idea of ​​the painting for my house 1:1. In our bathroom I have hung one of my husband´s paintings. On this occasion the miniatures inspired reality and not the other way around.

Casa de Tulio y Carmen/ Tulio and Carmen´s house:

La cabaña de Manuel y Gertrudis/ Manuel and Gertrudis´ Cabin: 

No tiene cuarto de baño como tal. Solo tiene un pequeño servicio y una bañera que sacan y ponen al lado de la chimenea cuando toca baño, jeje.

It does not have a proper bathroom. It only has a small toilet and a bathtub that they take out and put next to the fireplace when it's time for the bathroom, lol.

Casa Bohemia 2: Interior decorado/Boho House 2: Decorated Interior

 Holaaaaa,

Finalmente he terminado la decoración interior de mi casa bohemia 2 en lo que se refiere a suelos y paredes. Madre mía, nunca me había costado tanto una tarea.

La cuestión es que empapelar la segunda planta, instalar puertas y luego poner todas las maderas a modo de molduras en suelos y paredes me apetecía cero pero sin ello no podía avanzar un paso más. Así que finalmente saqué fuerzas, jaja y hoy os traigo las estancias listas para su decoración con muebles y accesorios.

I have finally finished the interior decoration of my bohemian house 2 in terms of floors and walls. My goodness, never had a task cost me so much.

The point is that I didn´t have any desire to wallpaper the second floor, install doors nor putting moulding on floors and walls but without it I couldn't go any step further. So I finally found strength, LOL, ​​and today I can show the rooms ready for decoration with furniture and accessories.

La planta baja/ Ground floor:

Como veis hay dos puertas falsas porque al final suprimí las escaleras, ya os había contado. La del fondo se supone que va a estas y la de la izquierda al anexo de la casa, al que lógicamente habría que acceder por este lado.

As you can see there are two false doors as in the end I removed the stairs like I already told you. The one at the back is supposed to go to the stairs and the one on the left to the annex of the house, which logically should be accessed from this side.

La 1ª planta/ 1st floor:

Igualmente hay una puerta al fondo que comunica con las escaleras y una lateral con una terraza al aire libre que va sobre el anexo. La habitación de la izquierda será una zona de trabajo, despacho y la de la derecha, el dormitorio.

Here there is also a door at the back that communicates with the stairs and a side door with an outdoor terrace that goes over the annex. The room on the left will be a work area, office and the one on the right, the bedroom.

La 2ª planta/ 2nd floor:

Este es simplemente un pasillo, con puerta al fondo y el mismo propósito de insinuar la zona de escaleras y puerta a la derecha para acceder al baño.

This is simply a corridor, with a door at the back and the same purpose of insinuating the ​​stairs area and a door on the right to access the bathroom.

El baño, que ya habéis visto antes, pero con sus puertas laterales que comunican con las habitaciones. Si voy a suprimir escaleras e insinuar zonas de paso, lo lógico es hacerlo bien y que se pueda ir a las diferentes habitaciones de manera lógica y no por arte de magia, jaja.

The bathroom, which you have seen before, has now its side doors that communicate with the other rooms. If I am going to eliminate stairs and suggest passageways, the right thing is do it well and have a logical way to go to the different rooms but magic, lol.

Y por último esta habitación que será un vestidor. Después de mucho pensar me decidí por esta opción, nada de habitación infantil o cuarto de costura ni similares sino un vestidor donde la chica o el chico de la casa puedan arreglarse con comodidad y organizar bolsos, zapatos, etc. Esta idea de poder exhibir bolsos, zapatos y accesorios de vestir me entusiasmó mucho y fue lo que decidió el destino de esta habitación. Ya podéis adivinar que los zapatos que he venido haciendo últimamente tenían un propósito, no una tienda no, sino un vestidor!!

Como podéis ver ya he ido avanzando con una estantería o closet al fondo.

And finally this room that will be a dressing room. After much thought, I decided on this option, not a children's room or a sewing room or the like, but a dressing room where the girl or boy in the house can get ready comfortably and organize bags, shoes, etc. This idea of ​​being able to display handbags, shoes and clothing accessories really excited me and decided the fate of this room. You can already guess that the shoes I've been making lately had a purpose, not a store, but a dressing room!!

As you can see I have already taken steps with a shelf or closet in the background.

Ahora me doy cuenta que tomé las fotos antes de instalar las maderillas que van en suelos y techos y no después, aggg, pero bueno lo importante es que ya están listas e instaladas.

La casa finalmente está lista para empezar a poner mobiliario y accesorios. No creáis que será una tarea muy simple, no, debo tunear muebles y tapizar y eso también tiene su esfuerzo y tiempo.

Now I realize that I took the photos before installing the boards that go on the floors and ceilings and not after, ugh, well, the important thing is that they are ready and installed.

The house is finally ready to start putting furniture and accessories. Do not think that it will be a very simple task, no, I have to tune furniture and upholster and that also takes effort and time.
